Hyperconjugation

Hyperconjugation is also called “no bond resonance” or the “Nathen Baker Effect”. The alkyl group with at least one hydrogen atom on the carbon atom, attached to an unsaturated carbon atom or  a positively charged carbonium ion or a negatively charged carbanion or odd electron (free radical) are able to release electron by a mechanism similar to that of electromeric effect.
